At House of Veera, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings joy and satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product received does not match the order placed.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories (if any).
- The product should be in the same condition as received.
House of Veera reserves the right to reject return requests if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Inform Us
Email us at support@houseofveera.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Clear photographs of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory in case of damaged or incorrect products)
Step 2: Return Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Step 3: Return Shipment
The product must be shipped back within 5 days from return approval.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, House of Veera may arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
For all other approved returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit after collecting customer bank details.
Refunds may take additional time depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Deductions Applicable
The following deductions may apply:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- Products returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products returned without tags or original packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
Although every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch, transit damage may occasionally occur.
Reporting Timeline
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Proof
Customers must provide:
- Unboxing video showing the sealed package opening.
- Clear photographs highlighting the issue.
Without proper proof, House of Veera may not be able to process claims for transit damage.
Resolution
Upon verification, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or
- Full refund to the original payment method, or
- Store credit equal to the purchase value.
The resolution offered shall be at the discretion of House of Veera based on product availability and circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment:
- Full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Customers may initiate a return request after delivery if the order meets the return eligibility criteria.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipped order without prior cancellation:
- Forward and reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Repeated instances of refusal may result in future prepaid-only ordering restrictions.
