Shipping & Delivery – India
House of Veera ships across India through trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing the shipment tracking details.
- In case of any delay in processing your order due to stock availability, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, our team will notify you promptly.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking Number (AWB)
- Courier Partner Details
- Tracking Link
You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.
Delivery Timelines
Within India
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
- Customers must provide a valid shipping address.
- A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory.
- Certain courier partners may require OTP verification at the time of delivery.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment to our warehouse.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, repeated delivery failures, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Shipping Charges
Within India
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
House of Veera reserves the right to modify shipping charges and promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
International Shipping
We are currently not providing international shipping.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, House of Veera shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Weather disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Transportation strikes
- Customs clearance delays
- Courier partner operational issues
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and assist in tracking delayed shipments.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears damaged upon delivery or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the package
- Unboxing video (for damaged products)
- Any other supporting information required for investigation
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
